Many of my pictures are taken from views of or from the many hills Edinburgh is built around. Or parks or gardens, places I have walked through or spent time in. The iconic shape of Arthur's Seat, the hill I grew up by, or the castle feature a lot as these can be seen from many vantage points and are often how I orientate myself around the city. Oh, and I do like trees, they're easier to draw than buildings; but I also love the contrast between architectural and organic structures.
